Flooded Floor in a Pine Island Church

This church tile flooring was covered with about 1 inch of water after a water line gave  way at a coupling. Luckily, the caretaker was on the premises in Pine Island, and  quickly shut off the water main. Since SERVPRO of Cape Coral is the preferred vendor,  we were called in during the middle of the night to restore this water damaging  situation. We did a rapid extraction with a truck mounted pump to prevent the water  from damaging the pews. This fast action averted a very costly episode for the church.  We set up heated air movers to pull the moisture from the air to improve the indoor air  quality and to preserve the decore from absorbing moisture. Services went on as  scheduled.
