Water Damage-Naples Ceiling Collapses
Water Damage at this Naples Home was the result of a supply line leak in a second-floor bathroom. Once a sufficient volume of water accumulated on top of the first-floor ceiling, the sheetrock collapsed to the floor of the living room. We located and repaired the plumbing failure as we removed the waterlogged building materials. We extracted water from the upstairs bathroom and the living room flooring. Both areas had drying equipment and dehumidifiers positioned to restore the building materials and the air to pre-loss conditions. The after picture shows some of the restoration apparatus in the living room. Once our monitoring equipment confirmed the drying process was completed, we replaced the water damaged ceiling and the drywall ion the main floor.
