Water Damage – Cape Coral Hotel

Water damage struck this Cape Coral hotel when the sprinkler system malfunctioned and flooded this floor of the hotel. SERVPRO of Cape Coral was contacted very quickly after the incident, and we responded on an emergency basis. We called the sprinkler system company to come and repair the sprinkler system and began cleaning up the water. We were able to extract most of the water from the commercial grade carpeting. The remaining moisture was then addressed with the use of industrial air movers and dehumidifiers. Our client was very pleased with the short amount of time that was required to remediate the water damage. They had upcoming reservations that would need this floor to be open for business.
